Did you know that you can get instructional planning reports sent to you broken down by teacher or section?
The trick is to use the “School Use Only” section on the answer sheet . This can be used to assign a number to each teacher. When scores are reported they will be grouped by this number. Here is an excerpt from the Coordinator's Manual (p83):
Quote:
Requesting the AP Instructional Planning Report and Student Grade Rosters for Multiple Class Sections If your school would like to receive a separate AP Instructional Planning Report or a Student Grade Roster for each AP class section taught, follow these steps:
- Assign each class a different number from 1 to 9.
- After the exam administration, fill in the oval corresponding to each student’s class number in the “School Use Only” section on page 1 of the answer sheet.
The AP Instructional Planning Report does not capture data on students who test late using an alternate from of the exam.
To get them by instructor you would assign a number to each instructor instead of section.
The best way to do this is to have the students mark this on exam day. The proctor will need to know the predetermined codes that you will use for each teacher.
