By what date do you order your exams? Do you give a pre-administration session?

We usually try to order the second to last week in March before our spring break. We do use pre-administration sessions so we need to order early enough to get the materials in time.

We order the exams right before spring break - usually the third week in March.
This year we gave the students 4 options for the pre-admin. session instead of just one. This seems to have been a great idea - we had more success that the last few years at getting kids to fill out the answer sheets. I think we had probable a 95% success rate with the 4 sessions.

We try to order exams before we go on spring break -- last week of March. We want to have exam materials by mid-April so we can conduct a pre-admin session for students. Total Registration service makes this pretty easy for us.
