One of Total Registration's client schools has had to temporarily close due to the Swine Flu outbreak (H1N1). As a result of this closure, most of their exams need to be administered as Alternates (Late Testing). This change will cause many exam conflicts as all the exams are compacted into a week instead of they typical 2 weeks. Identifying all of these conflicts could be a difficult task to do by hand.

Total Registration added a special report that will take all exams over some period and treat them as alternate exams. These exams are then looked at for conflicts (students who have more than one exam scheduled at the same time). This will report will help schools identify these conflicts at the touch of a button so that they can work on "Alternates to the Alternates". These additional alternates will need to be worked out with the College Board on school by school basis.
