If you administer exams in classrooms how do you organize displaced classes?
If off-site, where and do you need to rent the space? Do you transport students or is that up to them?

We have an AP teacher as one of our AP coordinators and he looks at the room availability list for each period and figures out where to put the displaced classes. He notifies the teachers of these classes at least 5 weeks before the test and then again 2 or 3 times up until the test.
